Common use of Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations Clause in Contracts

Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations. The chief executive office of each Borrower and Guarantor and each Borrower's and Guarantor's Records concerning Accounts are located only at the addresses set forth in the Information Certificate and its only other places of business and the only other locations of Collateral, if any, are the addresses set forth in the Information Certificate, subject to the right of each Borrower and Guarantor to establish new locations in accordance with Section 9.2 below. The Information Certificate correctly identifies any of such locations which are not owned by Borrowers or Guarantors and sets forth the owners and/or operators thereof.
