Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations. The chief executive office of such Guarantor and such Guarantor's Records concerning Accounts are located only at the address set forth on Schedule 5.7 to the Loan Agreement for such Guarantor and its only other places of business and the only other locations of Collateral, if any, are as set forth on Schedule 6.12 to the Loan Agreement, subject to the right of such Guarantor to establish new locations in accordance with Section 7.2 below. Schedules 5.3 and R-1 to the Loan Agreement correctly identifies any of such locations which are not owned by such Guarantor and sets forth the owners and/or operators thereof, and to the best of such Guarantor's knowledge, the holders of any mortgages on such locations.
