Common use of Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations Clause in Contracts

Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations. (a) The address of the principal place of business and chief executive office of each Borrower is as set forth on Schedule 6.9 hereto, which address is the mailing address for such principal place of business and chief executive office. The books and records relating to the Accounts of each Borrower are located at such address. The Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on Schedule 6.9.
