Common use of Chief Executive Office; Jurisdiction of Organization Clause in Contracts

Chief Executive Office; Jurisdiction of Organization. Borrower shall not change its name, organizational number or jurisdiction of organization (or have more than one such jurisdiction), move the location of its principal place of business and chief executive office, as defined in the UCC) from the location referred to in Section 11, unless in each case Borrower has provided Administrative Agent thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of such move or change and has taken all actions required under the UCC to continue the first priority perfected security interest of Administrative Agent in the Collateral.
