Such Assignor will not move its chief executive office except to such new location as such Assignor may establish in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. The originals of all documents evidencing all Receivables and Contract Rights and Trade Secret Rights of such Assignor and the only original books of account and records of such Assignor relating thereto are, and will continue to be, kept at such chief executive office or at such new locations as such Assignor may establish in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. All Receivables and Contract Rights and Trade Secret Rights of such Assignor are, and will continue to be, maintained at, and controlled and directed (including, without limitation, for general accounting purposes) from, the office locations described above or such new location established in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.
