All Receivables and Contract Rights of such Assignor are, and will continue to be, maintained at, and controlled and directed (including, without limitation, for general accounting purposes) from, the office locations described above or such new location established in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. No Assignor shall establish new locations for such offices until it shall have given to the Collateral Agent notice of its intention to do so unless (i) such Assignor shall give to the Collateral Agent written notice of any such relocation of its chief executive office within 10 days following such relocation, clearly describing such new location and providing such other information in connection therewith as the Collateral Agent may reasonably request and (ii) with respect to such new location, it shall take all action, reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, to maintain the security interest of the Collateral Agent in the Collateral intended to be granted hereby at all times fully perfected and in full force and effect.
