The chief executive office and principal place of business of the Borrower is, and at all times since April, 1997, has been, located at 00 Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx 00000. The Borrower shall not make any change in the location of its chief executive office without giving the Agent at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice thereof.
