Child and Family Support Obligations. The Licensee acknowledges the policy of the state of California regarding the importance of child and family support obligations expressed in Public Contract Code section 7110(a). The Licensee acknowledges that to the best of its knowledge, it is fully complying with the earnings assignment orders of all employees and is providing the names of all new employees to the New Hire Registry maintained by the State’s Employment Development Department.
