Child Support Enforcement Requirements. 6.9.1 To comply with child support enforcement requirements of the COUNTY, within thirty (30) days of notification of selection for award of PROJECTS/SERVICES, A/E agrees to complete and furnish to DIRECTOR the information required in County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Contract Certification, hereinafter referred to as “Exhibit 1,” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 6.9.2 It is expressly understood that this data will be transmitted by COUNTY to governmental agencies charged with the establishment and enforcement of child support orders and for no other purposes.
