Common use of Child Support Clause in Contracts

Child Support. Vendor is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment under Texas Family Code §231.006 (relating to child support) and acknowledges that the contract may be terminated, and payment may be withheld if certification is inaccurate. Pursuant to Texas Family Code §231.006(c), Vendor must provide the name and Social Security Number (SSN) of each person with at least 25% ownership of the business. This information must be provided prior to contract award.
