Chilean Law References Sample Clauses

The 'Chilean Law References' clause establishes that any references to laws, regulations, or legal concepts within the contract pertain specifically to those of Chile. This means that terms such as 'applicable law,' 'statute,' or 'regulation' are interpreted according to Chilean legal definitions and frameworks, regardless of the parties' locations or the contract's execution elsewhere. By clarifying the legal context, this clause ensures consistency in interpretation and helps prevent disputes arising from differing legal systems or misunderstandings about which jurisdiction's laws apply.
