China Eastern Representations and Warranties. China Eastern represents and warrants to Airbus on the terms set out in Schedule 2. The representations and warranties in Schedule 2 will survive the execution of this Agreement and will be deemed to be repeated by China Eastern on the date hereof and on the Delivery Date of each Aircraft with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
