Choice Laws. This Charter is made and entered into in the State of Florida and shall be interpreted according to the laws of Florida, with venue in Brevard County or the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The parties mutually agree that the language and all parts of this Charter shall in all cases be construed as a whole according to its fair meaning, and not strictly for or against any of the parties.
