Choice of Consideration. If holders of Common Stock are given any choice as to the securities, cash or property to be received in a Successor Major Transaction or Organic Change, then Holder shall be given the same choice as to the type of consideration it receives upon any Exercise of this Warrant in connection with such Successor Major Transaction or Organic Change.
