Participant has received this Award Agreement and any other related communications (including the Restricted Stock Unit Notice of Grant) and consents to having received these documents solely in English. In the event that any document distributed to Participant in connection with the Award of Restricted Stock Units is translated into a language other than English and if the meaning of the translated version is different than the English version, the English version will control.
