Common use of Choice of Law and Choice of Forum Clause in Contracts

Choice of Law and Choice of Forum. This Agreement shall in all respects be governed, construed, interpreted and enforced under the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America. Any disputes, claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or related to this Consultant Agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in the District of Columbia, only. In any action or proceeding to enforce rights under this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover costs and attorney’s fees.
