The captions or headings preceding the various parts of this Contract are inserted and included solely for conveniences and shall never be considered or given any effect in construing this Contract or any part of this Contract, or in connection with the intent, duties, obligation, or liabilities of the Parties. This Contract was prepared by the Parties and not by any Party to the exclusion of one or the other.
