Choice of law and place of jurisdiction. 20.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany exclusively apply. The application of international law, and in particular the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, is ruled out. 20.2 The purchaser’s place of business is the exclusive place of jurisdiction – including the international place of jurisdiction – for any disputes arising from the contractual relationship. The purchaser is entitled to lodge a complaint at the place of fulfilment of the delivery obligation or at the supplier’s place of business.
