CHOICE OF LAW AND SUBMISSION TO JURISDICTION. (A) This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. (B) The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts but this Agreement may be enforced by the Company in any court of competent jurisdiction.
