Choice of Law; Arbitration; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. a) This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi without regard to its principals of conflict of laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, a suit shall be brought only in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Xxxxx County in the State of Mississippi. b) If we file an action against you claiming you breached this Agreement and we prevail, we will be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees pursuant to a court order.
