Choice of Law; Interpretation. 21.1 This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any conflicts-of-law rule or principle that might refer the construction or interpretation of this Agreement to the laws of another state. 21.2 To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with the provisions of any Tariff then in effect, the provisions of such Tariff shall control.
