CHOICE OF LAW OR VENUE. 39.1 This Contract shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Puerto Rico. Any lawsuit or other action brought against ASES or the Government of Puerto Rico based upon or arising from this Contract shall be brought in a court or other forum of competent jurisdiction in Puerto Rico.
