Choice of Law/Time for Legal Action. This Agreement is made in the State of California in the County of San Xxxx Obispo and governed in all respects by California law, excluding its conflicts of law provisions. Any cause of action brought by you, or by users of your Account, with respect to the Service, Equipment, Software or this Agreement must be instituted within one year after the claim or cause of action has arisen or be barred.
