Choice Telephone Sample Clauses
The 'Choice Telephone' clause designates a specific telephone number or method of telephonic communication as the official channel for certain notifications or communications under the agreement. In practice, this clause may require that notices, approvals, or other formal communications be delivered via a particular phone number, ensuring that all parties know exactly where to direct important calls. This helps prevent disputes or confusion about whether a party was properly notified, thereby ensuring clarity and reliability in contractual communications.
Choice Telephone. Company may utilize the unbundled Loops to provide any telecommunications service it wishes, so long as such services are consistent with industry standards and BellSouth’s TR73600.

Choice Telephone. Company may reserve facilities for up to four (4) business days for each facility requested on a LMUSI from the time the LMU information is returned to Choice Telephone Company. If Choice Telephone Company does not submit an LSR for a UNE service on a reserved facility within the four-day reservation timeframe, the reservation of that spare facility will become invalid and the facility will be released.
Choice Telephone. Company may provide its own splitters or may order splitters in a central office once it has installed its DSLAM in that central office. Choice Telephone. Company may use BellSouth’s Unbundled Loop Modification (ULM) offering to remove bridge tap and/or load coils from any loop within the BellSouth network. Therefore, some loops that would not qualify as UCL-ND could be transformed into loops that do qualify, using the ULM process.
