CHR as Initial Master Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Pool Receivables on behalf of Administrative Agent, Purchaser Agents and Purchasers shall be conducted by the Person designated as Master Servicer hereunder (“Master Servicer”) from time to time in accordance with this Section 8.1. Until Administrative Agent (with the consent, or acting at the direction of, the Purchaser Agents) gives to CHR a Successor Notice (as defined in Section 8.1(b)), CHR is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Master Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof. Master Servicer shall receive the Master Servicing Fee, payable as described in Article III, for the performance of its duties hereunder.
