Cinemark Property Clause Samples

The "Cinemark Property" clause defines what is considered the property of Cinemark within the context of the agreement. This typically includes tangible assets such as equipment, fixtures, and furnishings, as well as intangible assets like trademarks or proprietary information that are owned or provided by Cinemark. The clause clarifies ownership and usage rights, ensuring that all parties understand which items must be returned, maintained, or protected during and after the contractual relationship. Its core function is to prevent disputes over property ownership and to safeguard Cinemark’s assets throughout the term of the agreement.
