Circuit Breaker. All expenditures that shall incurred towards packing, transport, inspection, testing charges etc. are to be borne by the PIA.

Bank, in its discretion, through the Compensation Committee, may decide that there will be no payout in a given year until the level of net income (as reported in the Corporation’s financial statements) earned from each business is at least $2 million (or whatever level as determined by the Compensation Committee of the Corporation).

To install and maintain in good working condition at the Tenant's expense the circuit breaker(s) to the Tenant's electricity supply which are installed in the Premises and if the Tenant shall fail for whatever reason to install or maintain the same, then the Landlord may do so and the costs of installation and/or maintenance shall be a debt due from the Tenant to the Landlord and be recoverable forthwith as such. If this happens, wait a few minutes, then locate which switch shut off. Make sure whatever caused the overload has been removed and then flip the switch back on.

Circuit Breaker. The circuit breaker shall trip all three phases in the event of a fault being detected by the circuit breaker’s protection. An indication shall be provided on the circuit breaker to indicate that the circuit breaker has tripped on the detection of a fault. Circuit protection shall be from either time limited fuses or over current relays. A facility shall be provided for the external testing of the protection system at site. Springs employed to operate the closing/tripping mechanism shall be manually charged complete with shrouded push button for release. Input terminals shall be provided to facilitate the externally tripping of the breaker. This shall be via a pair of volt free contacts. The contacts shall normally be from temperature monitoring equipment associated with installed transformers.
