Common use of Circumstances in which we may refund fees to you Clause in Contracts

Circumstances in which we may refund fees to you. If the School is wholly unable to perform its obligations under this contract for a continuous period of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, you shall not be required to pay the fees for the period of the term affected, prorated proportionately. Accordingly, and as the case may be, if the fees for the period of the term affected:

If the School is wholly unable to perform its obligations under this contract for a continuous period one of the reasons for business continuity reasons (i.e. power failure, building damage etc) of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, you shall not be required to pay the fees for the period of the term affected, prorated proportionately. Accordingly, and as the case may be, if the fees for the period of the term affected:

If the School is wholly unable to perform its obligations under this contract as a result of an unforeseen insured event for a continuous period of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, you shall not be required to pay the fees for the period of the term affected, prorated proportionately. Accordingly, and as the case may be, if the fees for the period of the term affected:

If the School is wholly unable to perform its obligations under this contract for one of the reasons listed in Clause 15 for a continuous period of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, you shall not be required to pay the fees for the period of the term affected, prorated proportionately. Accordingly, and as the case may be, if the fees for the period of the term affected:

If the School is wholly unable to perform its obligations under this contract by reason of an event in respect of which the School has business interruption insurance cover, and if the inability to perform lasts for a continuous period of more than fourteen (14) consecutive days, you shall not be required to pay the fees for the period of the term affected, prorated pro-rated proportionately.
