Circumstances Of Force Majeure. 10.1. The Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement, if such non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances. In case of force majeure and cancellation of the start, registration fees will not be refunded.
