Common use of Cisco Materials Clause in Contracts

Cisco or its licensors retain their ownership in all intellectual property rights to the Cloud Service and its underlying technology, the software, and associated documentation (the “Materials”). This ownership extends to all copies and portions of the Materials, and all improvements, enhancements, modifications, and derivative works. You may use the Materials solely as part of the Cloud Service for Your internal business operations subject to the terms of this Agreement. You agree that this limited right is not a transfer of ownership of or title to the Materials.
