Citizen of the United States. Each of Grand River and Black Creek is a "citizen of the United States" within the meaning of 46 U.S.C. § 50501(a), (b) and (d), and the regulations promulgated thereunder, eligible and qualified to own U.S. –flag vessels in the coastwise trade of the United States.
Citizen of the United States. Each of LLTC and Grand River is a "citizen of the United States" under Sections 2(a) and 2(c) of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended, and is qualified to own and operate a vessel in the coastwise trade of the United States.
Citizen of the United States. Lessee is a "citizen of the United States" as defined in 49 U.S.C. Section 40102(15) of the Federal Aviation Act.
Citizen of the United States. LESSOR is a "citizen of the United States of America" (as defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of U.S.C.).
Citizen of the United States. Owner is a “citizen of the United States” as defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of the U.S.C.
Citizen of the United States. Lessor is a "citizen of the United States" as defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of the U.S.C. and the FAR. SCHEDULE 3 CONDITIONS PRECEDENT
Citizen of the United States. The Borrower is and shall remain a "citizen of the United States" within the meaning of Section 40102(a)(15) of the Act.
Citizen of the United States. Lessor is a "citizen of the United States" as defined in Section 40102 of Title 49 of the U.S.C. SCHEDULE 3 CONDITIONS PRECEDENT PART A - LESSOR CONDITIONS PRECEDENT On or before the Scheduled Delivery Date, Lessee shall comply with the Conditions Precedent set out below by ensuring that Lessor receives the following documents and by taking the actions described below, in each case in a manner satisfactory to Lessor. All documents delivered to Lessor pursuant to this Schedule 3 will be in English, or if not in English, will be accompanied by a certified English translation:
Citizen of the United States. Mortgagor is a citizen of the United States within the meaning of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended, for the purpose of operating the Vessel in coastwise trade and is entitled to own and operate the Vessel under its marine documents.
Citizen of the United States. Each of LLTC, Grand River and Black Creek is a "citizen of the United States" under Sections 2(a) and 2(c) of the Shipping Act, 1916, as amended, and is qualified to own and operate a vessel in the coastwise trade of the United States.
