Comply with a. The PGA and this MGA,
b. The Project Budget,
c. The Project Schedules,
d. The annual FTA and TxDOT Certification and Assurances and,
e. Applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, and
Comply with. (a) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq.,
(b) U.S. DOT regulations, “Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation – Effectuation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964,” 49 C.F.R. part 21, and
(c) Federal transit law, specifically 49 U.S.C. § 5332, as provided in section 13.a of this Master Agreement, and
Comply with. 3.1.2.1 the relevant provisions of the Regulations;
3.1.2.2 all Applicable Law; and
3.1.2.3 all requirements of the Department for Work and Pensions, the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Pensions Regulator, the Government Actuary’s Department, HM Revenue & Customs and any other regulatory body having jurisdiction over the Fund or Scheme.
Comply with. Pay and Discharge All Notes, Mortgages, Deeds of Trust and Leases. Comply with, pay and discharge all existing notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, leases, indentures and any other contractual arrangements to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party (including, without limitation, all Indebtedness) in accordance with the respective terms of such instruments so as to prevent any default thereunder.
Comply with. Laws and insurance requirements affecting the Premises or any use and occupancy thereof, including, without limitation, making required alterations to the Premises; and Landlord's rules and regulations and reasonable changes to those rules and regulations made by Landlord from time to time (provided that such reasonable changes are not materially more adverse to Tenant than the current rules and regulations). Tenant will, at its expense, obtain and maintain all licenses, approvals and variances necessary to conduct its business and occupy the Premises (other than the initial temporary or final Certificates of Occupancy to be obtained in connection with Landlord's Work), but none of those licenses, permits or variances will be binding on or in any way affect or restrict Landlord or the Premises itself.
Comply with. (A) All relevant occupational health and safety standards, legislation and guidelines;
(B) All relevant laws and regulations relating to the use and access of the Facilities and access to the Venue; and
(C) The terms of any licences granted to the Venue;
Comply with the Department’s instructions for the timely transfer of any active files and work product produced by the Contractor under this Contract.
Comply with. 1.1.1.1 all binding guidance and recommendations from the relevant supervisory authorities in countries where the Customer is established;
1.1.1.2 clause 18.4; and
1.1.1.3 the Customer's Standards and Policies;
Comply with. Laws and insurance requirements affecting the Premises, the Project or any use and occupancy thereof (including, without limitation, making required improvements to the Premises, but not any modifications or Improvements to the base-building life-safety system or the Building structure unless required because of Tenant’s specific use or manner of use of the Premises); and Landlord’s rules and regulations and reasonable changes thereto that do not materially adversely affect Tenant’s access to or use of the Premises in accordance with this Lease. Tenant will, at its expense, obtain and maintain all licenses, permits and approvals necessary to conduct its business in accordance with applicable Laws (and will conduct its business in accordance with applicable Laws as described herein and above), but none of those licenses, permits, approvals or variances will be binding on or in any way affect or restrict Landlord, any other tenants in the Project or the Project itself.
Comply with. Laws and insurance requirements affecting the Premises, the Project or any use and occupancy thereof; and Landlord’s rules and regulations as set forth in Exhibit D hereto, and reasonable changes thereto. Tenant agrees that it will not make any modifications or improvements to the base-building life-safety system or the Building structure which will cause the Premises or Project to fall out of compliance with Laws and insurance requirements. During the Term, Tenant will, at its expense, obtain and maintain all licenses, approvals and variances necessary to conduct its business and occupy the Premises, but none of those licenses, permits or variances will be binding on or in any way affect or restrict Landlord, any other tenants in the Project or the Project itself.
