Citizen Participation. The Subrecipient shall cooperate with DHED in the implementation of the Citizen Participation Plan, as defined by HUD, by establishing a citizen participation process to keep residents and/or clients informed of the activities the Subrecipient is undertaking in carrying out the provisions of this Agreement. Representatives of the Subrecipient shall attend meetings and assist in the implementation of the Citizen Participation Plan, as requested by DHED.
