City Channel. Licensee shall continue to make available at no charge to the City channel capacity in the basic service tier to transmit one channel on the Cable System designated as a City Channel to be used by City government officials and agencies. Upon request of the City, Licensee shall make available to the City, at no charge, channel capacity in the digital programming tier to transmit up to two additional channels (subject to Section 4.3) for use by the City for non-commercial, informational programming regarding government activities and programs. At least one such digital tier channel may be programmed by the Federal Government. A City Channel is for use by the City only for non-commercial, informational programming regarding government activities and programs; provided, however, that programming for such City Channel may be created by other governmental and educational entities.

Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
