Common use of City Connecting Link Clause in Contracts

City Connecting Link. The Parties have in the past entered into an agreement covering routine maintenance of the city connecting link and it is the Parties’ intention that the agreement for routine maintenance shall remain in full force and effect and the mileage set out in the city connecting link maintenance agreement is not be affected by this Agreement. If necessary, the Parties will execute a new city connecting link maintenance agreement to include the Project.

If necessary, the Parties will execute a new city connecting link maintenance agreement to include the Project.

Upon removal of the Route from the State Highway System, the Secretary and City shall enter into a new City Connecting Link agreement for the mileage set out remaining lane miles on the other routes designated as City Connecting Links in the city connecting link maintenance agreement is not be affected by this Agreement. If necessary, the Parties will execute a new city connecting link maintenance agreement to include the ProjectCity.
