Common use of City Construction Standards Clause in Contracts

City Construction Standards. The following City standards for planning, design, location, and construction of the Offsite Road in effect on the date hereof, and as the same may be amended by the cross-sections or design descriptions as adopted as exhibits to the Annexation agreement and PDD Ordinance attached hereto. If not addressed in the Annexation agreement and PDD Ordinance then the standards shall be:
