City Contact. City shall designate an individual to serve as City Contact, which individual shall consult and liaise with MLD and Artist throughout the design and installation of the Mural, and shall be authorized to make decisions on behalf of City related to design and installation of the Mural.
City Contact. City shall notify Developer of City's designated City Contact. To the maximum extent practicable, City's communications with Developer will be through the City Contact.
