City Contact. Throughout the Term, CITY will provide at least one (1) contact in CITY with whom MORPHO may discuss issues related to the maintenance and support of the Equipment and Software and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder, and who will be authorized to make decisions relating to the same on behalf of CITY.
