Common use of City Designee and Address Clause in Contracts

City Designee and Address. The Mayor or his/her designee(s) shall serve as the City's representative regarding administration of this Agreement. Unless otherwise specified herein or in the Telecommunications Rights-of-Way Ordinance, all notices from the Company to the City pursuant to or concerning this Agreement, shall be delivered to the City's representative at 000 Xxxxx 000 Xxxx, Xxxx, Xxxx 00000, or such other officer and address as the City may designate by written notice to the Company.

Unless otherwise specified herein or in the Telecommunications Rights-of-Way Ordinance, all notices from the Company PROVIDER to the City CITY pursuant to or concerning this Agreement, shall be delivered to the City's CITY’s representative at Attn: City Recorder, 000 Xxxx 0000 Xxxxx, Xxxxx 000 XxxxXxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxx XX 00000, or such other officer and address as the City CITY may designate by written notice to the CompanyPROVIDER.
