City Information. APPROVALS 10.1 No reviews, approvals or inspections carried out or information supplied by the City will derogate from the duties and obligations of the Consultant (with respect to designs, reviews, inspections, approvals or otherwise), and all responsibility related to the Services will be and remain with the Consultant. For greater certainty, any information provided by the City to the Consultant, whether under the RFP or under this Agreement, including any studies, reports, plans, drawings, or specifications, is provided to the Consultant for information purposes only and may not be relied upon by the Consultant.
