City Municipal Code Fines. CMHA will charge the Tenant any fines it receives, which result from the tenant’s action, as a result of a city Municipal code violation. i.e. improper trash removal. If there are multiple Tenant’s at an address each tenant will be assessed an equal portion of the fine.
