Common use of City Released From Claims Clause in Contracts

City Released From Claims. The payment and acceptance of the final Contract Price due and the adjustment and payment for any Work done in accordance with any alterations of the same, shall release the City from any and all claims of Contractor on account of Work performed under the Contract Documents or any Change Order thereof, except for those claims specifically agreed to as reserved and unresolved by the City.
