City to Deposit Funds. The City will duly and punctually deposit with the Bank, at the Designated Payment/Transfer Office, on or before each Stated Maturity of interest on Securities and each Maturity of Securities, money sufficient to pay the principal (and Redemption Price, if applicable) of and interest on the Securities when due.
