Common use of City’s Conditions of Closing Clause in Contracts

City’s Conditions of Closing. City’s obligation to proceed with the Closing is subject to the fulfillment, or waiver by City, of each and all of the conditions precedent (a) through (m), inclusive, described below (“City’s Conditions Precedent”), which are solely for the benefit of City, and which shall be fulfilled, or waived in its sole discretion, within the time periods provided for herein, or if no time frame is provided, by the Outside Date:
