City’s Contract Administrator. City’s Economic Development Department is the Contract Administrator for purposes of this Agreement. Contractor shall communicate with City Staff at the Department on all matters related to the administration of the Agreement and Contractor’s performance of its obligations and duties rendered. The Mayor or designee (City Representative) shall be the primary contact between the City and Contractor for purposes of this Agreement (see Exhibit D).
