City’s Remedy for JOC’s Warranty Breach. If JOC fails or refuses to remedy a breach of warranty within a reasonable time after receipt of written notice from City, JOC acknowledges City has the right to replace, repair or otherwise remedy the cited breach and JOC fully shall reimburse City and City shall deduct from any of JOC’s submitted payment application any and all expenses incurred by City in replacing, repairing or otherwise remedying said warranty breach.
