City’s Restrictions on Transfer, Use and Sale of the Property. The transfer of the Property to Buyer will be made subject to (and the Condominium Unit Deed will so provide) certain restrictions on transfer, use and sale of the Property, as referenced in Exhibit C attached hereto and made a part hereof. Among the requirements imposed by the City, Xxxxx must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in the Eligibility Affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit D and made a part hereof and the City’s Eligibility Affidavit attached hereto as Exhibit E and made a part hereof.
