City’s Right to Conduct Audits. The City may, in its sole discretion, audit the records of Contractor or its Subcontractors, or both, at any time during the term of this Contract or within five years after the Contract ends, in connection with the goods, work, or services provided under this Contract. Each calendar year or partial calendar year may be deemed an "audited period".
