CIVIL CODE ARTICLE 1250 WAIVER. The provisions of Article 1250 of the Civil Code of the Republic of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 386) which reads, "ln case an extraordinary inflation or deflation of the currency stipulated should supervene, the value of the currency at the time of establishment of the obligation shall be the basis of payment", shall not apply in determining the extent of liability under the provisions of this Agreement.
