Common use of Civil Rights Violations Clause in Contracts

Civil Rights Violations. The Department may undertake any and all actions, inclusive of contractual termination, necessary to remedy any prohibited discriminatory action by Contractor or to remedy any failure by Contractor to carry out an affirmative action as required in federal or state law.
